The Safari browser on your iOS 9 iPhone allows you to choose how cookies are handled, and you can elect to block all of them. Our guide below will show you where to find and enable this setting. Additionally, blocking all cookies on all Web pages can make Web browsing difficult. Step 2: Scroll down and tap the Safari button.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section, then tap the Block Cookies option.
Step 4: Tap the Always Block option at the top of the screen.
