Apply a Filter to a Picture on Your iPhone 6 to make it Black and White

Device used: iPhone 6 Plus Software version: iOS 9.0.2 The steps below will show you how to apply a filter to a picture in your Camera Roll so that it is black and white. You can also apply this filter through your Camera while you are taking the picture, but note that this filter will remain applied until you go back and turn it off. If you would prefer to apply the filter through the Camera instead of through the Photos app, then simply open the Camera, tap the Filter icon, then select the Mono option.
