The Indian version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will boast of the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor—unlike its U.S counterpart which features a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. The earliest versions of the phone will not offer 4G LTE connectivity and the buyers will have to be satisfied with its dynamic 3G features. The first model boasts of 16 GB while the ones launched later will offer 32GB and 64GB in due course. The TDD/FDD LTE compatible version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will also be launched in India—but at a later stage. According to unofficial sources, the price range of this flagship product in India is expected to fall within the bracket of INR 40,000-45,000 ($740-$833 USD) -without a contract; while the price of the carrier subsidized phones will be different. Airtel and Vodafone are expected to act as the official carriers of the phone. It remains to be seen whether the product can match the buzz created by Sony Xperia Z and HTC One in the Indian markets.
