Finally, Nokia has announced the price of the Nokia Lumia 920, and we have to say, if you’ve been gunning for this phone, prepare to burn a bit of a hole in your pocket for it. This phone is going to be a little bit pricier than the Samsung Galaxy SIII but on the plus side, it will be cheaper than the Apple iPhone 5. Reuters has reported that the 32GB model of the Lumia 920 is priced at around 5,700 Swedish Crowns, around 599 Euros in Italy and Rs. 40,000 in India The Nokia Lumia 920 sure is packed with tons of features and what’s even more exciting is that it will be running the latest version of Windows 8 for smartphones. But we wonder if the features justify its high pricing or if it will turn off the consumers and chase them down the Android or iOS lane instead. Given that Nokia really needs to take a drastic step to turn its fortunes around, it would have been nice to see them launch the Lumia 920 at a more competitive pricing against its competition. While tech analysts concur that Windows phone is really high on performance, it is yet to catch on among smartphone consumers the way Android has managed to do. Now, all we need to see is if people will flock to pick up the Lumia 920 with Windows 8 even at its premium pricing.
